Great hotel but what truly sets it apart is the staff - thoughtful helpful and very dedicated

From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. The staff couldnt do enough for us and were extremely helpful. The restaurant meals were simply amazing and has to be tried to be believed. Definitely 5*!

It all started super well with the nice welcoming of the staff. We have never experienced such good vibes and warm welcoming anywhere else, and we travel a lot! Listing what was amazing about this hotel would take me half a day, starting from the cleanliness of the room, to the quality of everything in it, all the way to the SUPERB breakfast with many many many home made and local products. This is a wonderful hotel - thoughtful, prompt and efficient service and great food. I was given a complimentary upgrade, and my room was fabulous - large, clean, bright and comfortable, with a breathtaking view. Piz Buin is right in the centre of town and minutes to the station. I'll definitely stay there again if I manage to make it back to Klosters! I'd recommend it for anyone.

In all regards, the hotel was outstanding. Classic Swiss hospitality made for a very snug and welcoming place to stay. Kudos to staff, all of whom were courteous and friendly. I would add that the negronis in La Perla were superb!
