An architect designed and built this beautiful house. This modern home features a very spacious backyard with a large swimming pool, a hot tub, various types of palm trees, and plenty of outdoor furniture and amenities for the guests to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather. There are plenty of private parking spaces in front of the house.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had two families, and there was enough rooms and space for us all. We loved the backyard area! We had a few small issues, but the host was very responsive! Would recommend this place, especially if you enjoy the outdoor space. I will say that it’s not advertised well that you have to pay 125 a day to have the hottub and pool heated. So factor that cost in if you want the amenities!

Nice home.

The house is located on a busy street and in an older neighborhood. Only 1 thermostat so it’s hard to keep upstairs and downstairs both at a comfortable temperature. Basically a nice home but older with a small kitchen and living space.. checking in was perfect, manager was great, back yard was wonderful so overall a 4 star home in my opinion ..

The house was very clean. Had enough bedrooms for my husband and I our dog and extended family. The location was perfect because I was playing in a golf tournament across the street. The outside area is really nice. We used the hot tub every evening And the pool is very nice as well even though we didn’t really use the pool. Plenty of towels and such and the kitchen is well appointed. Kitchen and living room is a little bit small but plenty of room for six of us. And with the outside area, there is a lot of seating areas for relaxing or dining plenty more. Check-in was super easy and check out. We had no problems throughout our week Long stay worked out great.
