"Everything was great - the room was clean and spacious, the free breakfast had a decent variety and was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One thing that could be improved is the check in process. It was a bit slow, but the person working the front desk was pleasant. I felt bad that he was handling all the check ins by himself. When we arrived there were already a few guests ahead of us waiting to be checked in, and when it was our turn there was a line practically out the door. "

"The hotel staff was very nice. Our fridge had a leak when we first got there and they were very quick to clean it up and replaced the fridge within an hour. The pool area was very nice and the kids loved the sand area with all the provided sand toys. It was an easy walk to the beach and the walk up bar by the pool had lots of food and drink options! "

When we checked in, we asked Jorge if there was anywhere nearby to buy a small cup of milk for our daughter. We didn’t want a whole carton since we were leaving early the next morning. Before I could even finish explaining, Jorge immediately stopped what he was doing, ran to the back, and came out with not one—but two cups of milk, both with lids, ready to go. No hesitation. No inconvenience. Just genuine kindness. It was such a small thing, but after ten days on the road, it felt massive. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare. Jorge didn’t just do his job—he made our final night feel effortless, and he turned a quick overnight stay into our favorite part of the entire trip. Every hotel needs a Jorge. Hyatt House is lucky to have him."
