"The property is close to town and has a great view. However, it is in desperate need of a complete remodel. We stayed in an oceanfront king. The bed is actually a queen The room reeked of cleaning chemicals to the point of making your eyes water. There was barely a trickle of luke warm water in the shower. The cable went out and never came back on, the light on the balcony didn't work, the coffee machine was clogged and blew hot coffee throughout the room, and the hair dryer actually blew up in my hand. I was them accused of smoking in the room because of the odor from the hair dryer. I would avoid this place at all costs. The restaurant was extremely overpriced and the food was barely edible. St Croix has numerous great places to stay and eat.....this isn't one of them."

"We loved everything about our stay! What a special place this is. Rooms and property are super clean and inviting. My children especially loved the charm bar. We hope to return again soon!"

"Restaurants/bars advertised during booking were not all open. Staff was amazing! Food was okay. Not a lot of options. Out of the hotel's control, but couldn't get on the water at the hotel due to large quantities of seaweed. Had to drive to other beaches to get in the water. We were advised of a resort power outage via text from the resort. It was to happen the next day for several hours. We communicated with some shareholders that were on the property and we were provided with a nice note, a bottle of champagne and vouchers for a local casino. That was nice "

"Beautiful location, clean and clear areas, helpful staff. One surprise was not daily cleaning the room and changing sheets. Everything else was perfect!"
