The four rooms with their own bathroom made for a great space when traveling with friends. We also loved being so close to the Riverside Market and went there for practically every meal. Plenty parking lot options but be ready to pay for wherever you go. Christchurch has quite the paid parking lot system.
Great location, lounge area a bit small and two flights of stairs would not recommend for elderly or people with bad knees . I thought parking was going to be a pain but just 1 min walk to Wilson car park so all good .
