3-level townhouse in a central location
This modern townhouse offers a practical and comfortable layout, close to cafes, shops, and the city.
The main living area is on the middle level, with an open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge space that connects to a small balcony with BBQ.
Downstairs, the garage has been converted into a games room with a foosball table and seating area. A heater is available, though the fold-out bed in this space is not used during winter.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with a mix of bedding suitable for up to five guests.
