The Beach House is a spacious corner house, enviably situated a stone’s throw from Avon Beach and enjoys sea breezes and lovely views of the sea, particularly from the master bedroom.
It was extensively remodelled some years ago and at that time, so we were told, featured in a national glossy magazine as an “inspiring house by the sea”.
The Beach House has been well maintained and used as a holiday home by the current owners and can now be very comfortably enjoyed by up to 6 individuals.
Downstairs comprises a large kitchen/diner, utility room, living room, reading room, study and downstairs cloakroom/shower room.
Upstairs comprises, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have king size beds and en-suite shower rooms and the third has 2 single beds. There is also a family bathroom which could be for the sole use of the twin bedroom if needed. The master bedroom has a balcony on which is a small table and 2 chairs which is a lovely place to sit with a coffee or glass or wine to enjoy the sea view and watch the world go by.
There are three TVs at the property: one in the kitchen/diner, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The first two are Virgin Cable TVs. The TV lounge also has a CD player. There is also free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
The Beach House has a well laid out private garden to the rear, ideal for outside living, with quality Bridgeman dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sun-loungers, a small sofa and 2 armchairs. In addition, there is a small pretty garden to the front.
The garage can be found to the rear of the property and has space for the storage of water sport equipment, bikes etc.
There is parking for at least 2 cars, possibly 4 depending on vehicle size. Parking is in front of the garage where with care two smaller cars can park alongside each other, or one car comfortably. There is also parking for another car (possibly two if the first car reverses as far back as the bin store), in the drive immediately to the side of the house.
Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Owners should bring their own bowls, bedding and towels for their dogs as we believe pooches like the familiarity of home smells.
We regret that the Beach House is not suitable for hen parties, stag dos or other riotous gatherings as we would not wish to upset the tranquillity of the area for our neighbours.
Smoking is not allowed in The Beach House.

Had a great time at this property, location is perfect for the beach - will definitely return.
Would have loved to have had a bbq in the garden as the weather was glorious.
Beach House has everything you could need for a break by the sea, the house is huge and well equipped and it is only a stones throw from Avon Beach , we walked the dog along the promenade morning and evening and spent our days visiting the many little villages along the coast and through the New Forest, our favourites were Burley for cake, coffee and witches plus Milford on Sea for an evening walk in the late sun with clear views of the Needles in the distance. Was a great 4 days to rest up before re-joining the rat race of London, we will definitely be back !!
The Beach House is a very spacious immaculately clean house with everything you need. We appreciated the garden furniture with cushions and the balcony with views of the sea.
The Noisy Lobster is a 3 minute walk away. We enjoyed a great seafood dinner there (booking advised).
This is a great spot to explore Bournemouth, New Forest and other surrounding areas.
Would definitely return and recommend!
The Beach House is a lovely home for staying near Mudeford or Christchurch. This is lovely and spacious, with multiple reception rooms; as we were a family of five plus dog it meant we could all come together or have our own space when it was needed. The dining table and kitchen set up or also plenty big enough for cooking and entertaining. The wraparound garden is fenced in and gated at different points, along with multiple access doors from the house.
Mudeford itself has a nice long beach to walk along, and there are various pubs and restaurants in the area. Whether it be a simple roast at the Nelson, or we went for a lovely birthday meal at The Jetty.
We absolutely loved our stay at The Beach House! The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. It was by far the most dog-friendly place we’ve ever stayed — our two dogs felt right at home. The location is perfect too, with Avon Beach just across the road and dog-friendly, which made daily walks so easy and enjoyable. Couldn’t have asked for more. 10/10!
Just perfect.Absolutely everything about the holiday was exceptional, perhaps a little more sunshine. House was really lovely. Bright, spacious, clean and beautifully presented. The little extras were helpful, washing up liquid etc and appreciated the wine.Location couldn’t have been any better for access to the beach, the ferry and shopping.
