Features: Fully equipped kitchen, foldable desk/work station, niched tiled bathroom, built-in mirror wardrobe, laundry dryer/washer cabinet, dimmable lights and a heat pump.

Private covered outdoor area with decking, outdoor dinning , Spa Bath, bbq, hammock and an outdoor heater.

1 parking place available in the driveway in front of unit.

Other things to note

CHECK IN AFTER 3 pm. and CHECK OUT before 10 am.

Cleaners normally come at 10 am SHARP and will ENTER the property.

Early check-in and late checkout for an extra $30, if available. The cleaning company will prioritise the cleaning schedule according to your request.

The studio has a Queen-size bed and a sofa bed, if extra inflatable mattresses are needed. Please me know.

Hammock is under the outdoor bench feel free to unpack it for your use.

Heater and bbq is in the outdoor area for its use simply remove its cover and use it.

Indoor area is 42 square meters , decked area 16 squares metres, and grass area 22 square metres.

Airport pickup/drop off if available for an extra charge($25).
