This brand new entire apartment located on Lincoln Road with one designated car park with EV charger. You don't have to share with anyone else. We do offer self check in service, you will check in by yourselves anytime you want using a passcode.
Premium location close to everything, including Christchurch Arena, Addington Raceway, TranzAlpine, Hagley Park South, tons of cafes and restaurants on Lincoln Road.
Easy to access state highway 76 and 73.

There is a secure parking space in the complex, however it's walking distance to TranzAlpine, Orangetheory Stadium, Christchurch Arena, Addington Raceway&Events Centre etc.
Scooters are randomly available on street, it's good to grab one using Uber APP.

Keep quiet between 9pm and 8am !

Please do not use the towels for cleaning surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees.
Please use makeup pads and clothes.

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $45 Per hour.
