The unit was divided into three levels. For seniors, this was an inconvenience. Bathroom on ground floor has a low ceiling. Parking is difficult.

Very clean and comfortable. Very easy dealings with the office. People who have mobility issues might not like the two flights of steep stairs, but as long as you’re normally able it is a grand place to stay

Soacious property over 3 floors, so maybe not suitable for families that have young children, but the place was lovely and perfectly suited 4 adults and a child

Our Family of six had plenty of space in the family apartment. Wayne and Karen were great hosts and helped us to find an excellent Italian restaurant nearby. Merivale is highly recommended. We would stay here again.

Townhouse near the city

3 story, 3 bedroom townhouse in walking distance to a good shopping village and restaurants, and not too far from city. One bedroom tiny, one takes up the whole bottom level. Small bathrooms. Could be cleaner. It was quiet but a bit dated. Long way to the top 2 bedrooms with luggage.

Great hosts and facilities

You felt welcome the moment you arrived from a great couple who were typical of Kiwi hospitality. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The only negative is the parking space could be a bit bigger as we had a large SUV. Finally, the location was handy to the all the amenities and attractions we wanted to see.. .so overall a top notch accommodation.

Nice and clean

The place is nice and clean and the staff were very pleasant and professional. We had a lovely stay. However it would help us a lot if the information on the website provided more details of the property, because we did not realise the property has three levels and we had someone who is 80+ and found it difficult to bring the luggage upstairs and going up and down to the kitchen which is on the second floor. Apart from that we are very happy with the place.
