Welcome to our stunning, brand new 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhouse located less than 10 minutes' drive from the CBD. This spacious and modern house is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together. It is located a short walk from Gloucester and Worcester Streets. There are numerous great eateries close by for dining; otherwise, the property comes with a fully equipped kitchen. This property comes with a free allocated car park.

This 2-storey townhouse has the living, dining, kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor.

A sofa bed is located in the living area, bed linen is an extra cost for sofa bed.

The first floor contains the two bedrooms with Queen bed and bathroom.

Upper floors accessed by stairs only.

The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together. Should you choose to dine out it is a very short walk to a number of restaurants, bars, eateries and cafes.

City Noise - Please note the property is located near the road and some intersections and has usual street noise. This includes pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
