Our spacious and modern house is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Located a short walk to Latimer Square a beautiful green space, Cardboard Cathedral and Cathedral square. A number of great eateries close by for dining otherwise the property comes with a fully equipped kitchen. 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds each room and 2 full tiled bathrooms. Fast speed WIFI.
This 3-storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and Main bathroom. second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite. Upper floors accessed by stairs only.
The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch Samsung flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together. Should you choose to dine out it is a very short walk to an incredible number of restaurants, bars, eateries and cafes. A sofa bed is located in the living area, allowing a 5-6th guest to stay - Extra linen fee will apply for sofa bed linen.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
Guests will have the entire property to use themselves and travelling companions. A keypad access makes it easy to enter the property without the worry of keys.

An array of restaurants and eateries a short walk from the property - The Terraces, New Regent Street, Margaret Mahy Playground for the kids, Cashel Mall for the shopping and Turanga Library.
The Christchurch bus exchange is a 10 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch. On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during the day however does empty out in the evenings. The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property. Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
