Double-glazed sash windows, ceiling roses and ornate fire-surrounds create a sense of atmosphere harking back to a less stressful era. This attention to detail is, these days, somehow absent in most modern spec homes. Built to last, built to impress, built for safety.

This regenerating area of Christchurch is close to everything. You can start every day with a quick walk to Little Poms cafe for a wonderful breakfast and brunch and later meander down to the famous Pomeroys Public bar and restaurant. Or, by car, continue along Kilmore Street and within two or three minutes you are in the exciting Casino precinct with its Victoria Street dining and bars.
Once you have finished with your evening's activities retire to Fitzgerald Cottage, pop some of your favourite music on through the bluetooth-able sound system and relax in the warmth and comfort of your Christchurch haven.
