Property presented as advertised. We received many communications from management on being careful with noise level and not having parties. We are quiet active family that sleeps early and had no intention of having people over but still received the multiple messages. House was tastefully designed and decorated. Spa, sauna and pool worked well but did require some online research for instructions. Could have used more towels as only one per occupant was provided. Location is a residential neighbourhood close to Riverside Market, New Regent Street and walking distance to Hagley Park and Botanical Gardens. Overall positive experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Where do I start!! I wasn’t that keen on booking this please due its previous reviews but deary me what an unpleasant experience when you are away to relax! We booked three nights here attracted to the look of the place. Mutton dressed up as lamb. A lot of wear and tear. Pool was freezing and not very clean - spa was hot but not water we wanted to sit in either - average at best. Then the first night we were there around 10pm the alarm inside the went off - it was painfully loud in a very quiet neighbourhood. I did finally manage to get hold of the rental company and the alarm was disarmed, perplexed as to why it went off they gave me some weird story about the house having a decibel trigger - we were a group of three people inside the house talking with the cricket on. No music etc!!! Then the bloody thing went off again.
Then the next morning I woke up to the rudest email about how the neighbours had complained about the noise, and of course I am thinking well no wonder!!! I was expecting an apology not a telling off.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A CHURCH MOUSE OR A MONK.
