This well-appointed space features an open-plan layout connecting the kitchen, dining, living, and sleeping areas, plus a rural backyard to unwind after a day of exploring - enjoy the scenery on your private picnic table.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.
🔇 Please refrain from making loud noise outside between 10pm and 7am. If you're unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

🎉 Parties or gatherings are not allowed — any unauthorised events will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

⏰ Check-out time is 10am. Late checkouts must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited indoors.
💰 Any damages or extra cleaning due to smoking or pets will incur a $200 fee.

🧹 We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition.
Extra cleaning will be charged at $60 per hour if needed.
