You'll be just a short drive from popular attractions like the Ice Rink, Zone Bowling, and the Rapaki Walking Track. This secure townhouse features your own designated parking space, ensuring convenience during your stay.

We’re proud to be pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along for the adventure—just let us know in advance so we can prepare for them!

This property is also child-friendly, featuring a stair gate, high chair, and porta cot for your convenience. There’s a designated off-street parking space right beside the house, with easy entry via an electronic keypad, eliminating worries about lost keys.

Enjoy the outdoor area with a dining table and chairs, perfect for summer evenings with local takeout. The popular Waltham outdoor pool and park is just across the road, ideal for kids to enjoy.

Located only a 3-minute drive from the CBD, getting home from city events via taxi or Uber is both quick and affordable.

Kitchen essentials include black tea, peppermint tea, drinking chocolate, plunger coffee, instant coffee, sweet treats, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, and oil.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire property. Entry is managed through an electronic keypad, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, we can accommodate these requests for an additional $10 per hour, up to a maximum of 2 hours. This fee covers expedited cleaning services and is subject to availability.

Our sheets are professionally cleaned in at 70°C – 83°C, the wash temperatures are higher than the standard required for thermal disinfection, giving a superior wash quality and requiring lower chemical use.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

ChCH Getaway

Townhouse was perfect size for 2 adults 2 children. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Parking fantastic and landscaping excellent. Really nice to not be in a row of uninteresting buildings. Felt property had had a lot of thought into design of complex. Perfect situation for bus into town, riverwalks,excellent supermarket close by. Would most definitely book again.
