Quite accommodation, good access to the city center.
It was easy access to the accommodation which was spacious and clean. It was simple and we were comfortable. It is in a good location with a bus stop right outside. Frequent buses go to the city center and we could walk to the beach. I highly recommend this little gem.

The place was clean and well appointed. The car park is very small and not easy to use. The screen door is difficult to unlock.N Brighton is not a very exciting place
The property was easy to locate and finding the key for a late check in was simple. It was clean and tidy and well located near the beach, shops and cafes. There was ample space with both a lounge and a separate dining area. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything worked. The bed was comfortable with adequate warm bedding.
Can you tell me where the iron was left?
I also cleaned out the lint catcher in the washing machine as it was clogged up. I took photos to show you if you wish have these.
I think summer time is best for staying there as it would be warmer. I found the house cold and had to keep the heating system on overnight.
The water pressure in the shower was a little too weak for me but did the job I guess. The water splashing out of the shower was messy and perhaps a door to stop the excess water from going onto the floor that became slippery.
Would be nice to have an electric blanket on the double bed for those cold winter nights.
Thank you for the stay and will look at using the premises again in the future.
