Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed 10 days here with family. We walked to a bunch of activities. Good communication, had a small problem figuring out oven but a quick text sorted that out.
