The open-plan layout leads into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need—whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner.
Step outside into your private, fully fenced backyard—a rare city-center feature. This quiet outdoor space includes seating for four, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee, a glass of wine at sunset, or just some fresh air and privacy.

In the mornings, I love grabbing coffee from one of the local favorites like Child Sister or Unknown Chapter—both just a few minutes' walk from the front door. If you're into fresh produce or unique eats, Riverside Market is a must-visit. It's a buzzing spot where locals grab lunch, browse boutique stores, or meet up with friends over drinks.
The Avon River winds through the area and is perfect for a stroll or even punting if you're feeling touristy (locals still do it!). And if you're into art and culture, you’re spoiled—Christchurch Art Gallery, street murals, and pop-up exhibitions are all part of the local vibe here.
There’s always something happening nearby—night markets, festivals, live music, and great eats on New Regent Street.
