Enjoy our charming 2-storey townhouse featuring 2 spacious Queen bedrooms, perfect for families or friends. With a dedicated carpark and a fully fenced yard, you can unwind in privacy. Located just a 2-minute stroll from Riccarton Mall, you'll find shopping, dining, and entertainment at your fingertips. Relax with your favorite shows on the 40-inch TV or brew a fresh cup of coffee with our coffee machine. Located a short distance to Hagley Park. High speed wifi.
This 2-storey property newly built boosts a great open plan living area on the ground floor - with open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge/entertainment area leading out to the private courtyard with deck to ensure the sunny afternoons.
With a separate toilet and laundry is located on the ground floor for convenience. There is an air conditioner to ensure optimal temperature while staying in the property.
Upstairs on the first floor, we have x2 bedrooms both featuring a spacious Queen bed and hotel quality linen. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. With a full bathroom upstairs complete with Shower, Toilet and vanity.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.
As guests you will have access to the entire property, with 1 free allocated carpark to make travelling easier, if you have a second vehicle there is street parking. Located a hop, skip and jump to Westfield Riccarton for all your shopping needs
As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern décor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable with lots of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.
Please make sure you only park in your allocated space. If you have additional vehicles, you can park these on Rotherham Street or other nearby streets.
Kindly refrain from using any other parking facilities or blocking the driveway as doing so could result in your vehicle being towed.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

This property was in an excellent location, two minute walk to the Westfield shopping Mall. It was a good size and layout downstairs with kitchen, dining and living area. Love that it was keyless entry so no worries about who had the key!! Would stay here again.
We were visiting our daughter in Christchurch and the townhouse served as the perfect home base for day trips. Only wish they had more allotted towels per person. Great water pressure and comfortable beds. Location walkable to groceries, bars and restaurants. We’d stay here again.
From the welcome communication to helpful checkout checklist, this was one of the easiest stays we have encountered. 15 minute drive from the airport and we arrived to a well heated and bright, sunny apartment. Everything from the Westfield Mall, restaurants and sportsbars were in walking distance, but we would recommending booking in for dinner if you are staying weekends.We will definitely be returning!!!Just
