"Great hotel, staff super friendly but the front desk can't help with riu class concerns so that was not a good experience. Hotel is great, but location is not the best for international tourists. Panama city Airport is about 2.5 to 3 hours away depending on the traffic. Hotel doesn't provide shuttle when you book through Expedia, so expect to pay $75-80 per adult."
