The room was smaller than expected based on photo. The staff are very helpful and friendly. On 6 Dec, we forgot to book a taxi to pickup at 5am to airport and the young staff at the lobby patiently helped us book a big car as we have 6 luggages. The car arrived in just 3 mins.

Breakfast is 5 stars. Iiked the daily room cleaning and upkeep. The dining options and room service and Skylounge are great amenities. The gym as well had great staff and equipment.Thlugh the room furniture is somewhat dated and could use new designs. Would stay again.

Rooms are very large and come with a kitchenette and in suite laundry. I will absolutely book this hotel again if I'm ever in Chongqing again.
