"It is the best hotel we have stayed at and we have stayed at a lot of different ones. This one is honestly hard to beat. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Staffs proactively checked in us and it felt very personalised service and attentive. Staff would check in with us if we would like supplements for our bath and also informed us of all the complementary things included. I loved that we could get complementary laundry, minibar and other small gift tokens such as noodle box and photobooth token. All of these gestures and services makes the stay amazing and memorable. I would highly recommend this and I hope to come back soon!"

"I love the location, very close to a lot of tourist attractions and great spots for food. The bed was super comfortable. Rooms are very clean spacious and I would recommend anybody traveling to China to try out the spot."

"This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were incredible and the property was clean. The staff was incredible and attentive and went above and beyond with recommendations. The staff walked me to my room and were great at communicating through WeChat. The room had fantastic views of the city and the bathtub was so spacious and nice. The room was also filled with high quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. I loved that you could reserve the pool at the location all for yourself to prevent awkward interactions with other people staying at the hotel. And they even offered a photography service with free photos which was so nice! I will certainly only book this hotel when I return to Chongqing and recommend it to everyone that I know that will visit Chongqing. It was a great location. Close to restaurants, train station, Raffles city, convenience stores, 18 min walk to Honya cave! I would give it a score of 100/10. Thank you to the wonderful staff"

"Right in the center of the action. A great location to get to anywhere in the city. Daily room cleaning and refresh your water bottles and towels. Clean and comfortable rooms. If you plan on tours there is a tour booking office right on the first floor."
