"The staff was excellent! One of the few hotels that offers 3 beds, and the beds were queen size plus a sofa bed. In addition, they offered 6 commercial washers and dryers free of use, super convienient. Centrally located. Only issue is the hotel is in a building with like 10 other hotels or so, the elevators gets super packed all the time."

"We had a really pleasant stay here! The location was very convenient for getting around by car, and the room was surprisingly spacious. There was plenty of space for all our luggage, which was a big plus when travelling. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. What really stood out, though, was the front desk staff. They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to receiving our deliveries. We really appreciated their help and patience throughout our stay. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing!"

"Had an amazing stay at Seya. The location cannot be more convenient and is at the heart of the city. The bird view from the room is breathtaking and the in-room mini swimming pool brings so much fun to our stay. The best part I have to say is the staff and “butler/housekeeper” who has been so helpful to take care of every detail of our stay. Highly recommend this place"
