Highly recommended

The hotel is right in the center of Chongqing, very close to the subway station and less than half an hour from the airport by taxi. There are a lot of tourist attractions such as Hongyadong, Chaotianmen, Jiefangbei, etc. within 500 m. There are many kinds of food nearby, which is the most distinctive place in Chongqing. The hotel’s front desk service is enthusiastic, check-in is quick, and check-out can be done directly at the breakfast entrance, which is very convenient. The hotel rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the air-conditioning is very quiet. You can enjoy the view of the two rivers and the city from the room. The breakfast is very rich. Highly recommended!

Amazing Service!

Absolutely fantastic service in this hotel, some of the best I've seen. Extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and though it's a bit dated the facility is very well kept.

방이 아주 넓어서 좋았고, 욕조는 작지만 한사람에게는 충분했다. 위치 역시 좋았다. 하지만 수영장은 조금 실망스러웠다. 수영모가 없으면 들어갈 수 없어서 수영모를 사야했다. 크기도 사진과 달리 작았다. 보증금은 500元이다. 방 안에서 작게 호수가 보였다. 다음에 또 머물고 싶다. 아침식사 역시 정말 맛있었다.

Staff service is excellent!

Software is excellent, that basically is the staff attitudes on customer services and solutions. However the building need to be improved on its hardware, e.g. poor ventilation, room is too hot to sleep despite I open the window and staying at 34/F.

Good but not better, needs a lot of training....

Alrhough the hotel has a well-known brand name, it doesn’t deserve the “five-star” rating: 1. A/C system doesn’t seem to “dry” the air in our room. The bed feels damp and sticky in the month of April. Not even hot at all. 2. The service people in the dining room serving breakfast lacked training. They did not seem to know where to find what kind of foods, now they paid attention to what the entire situation is besides what they are doing narrowly. Nor do they care about customer’s needs. 3. The facilities are out dated. We liked the general manager when met her in the hotel lobby and talked to her for a while. She was very nice.

Overall, the hotel had aged, carpet worn out, single seated couch with foot rest lost its firm discomfort when seated. Lighting level is dim and not functionable to work in the room and the air con in the room doesn’t maintain the comfortable temperature thru out the stay. It was stuffy in the mid of the night and woke up a few times.
