close to high speed train. In centre of city with many restaurants and shopping malls and civic squares. hotel breakfast menu is mainly asian but sufficient western items to satisfy. American visitors may be disappointed. reception speak some english but remaining staff do not and rely on electronic translator. Air conditioning turned off in winter so some warm nights require the window to be open but allow construction noise to be heard.(Earplug provided).

Old hotel in good location

Good hotel but needs a lot of reconditioning and some is happening at present. A big investment is needed in room renovation and lobby renovation and i stallation of a lobby bar. Comfortable and worth staying here. Could be a great hotel with big renovation.

Good hotel, good location

Good hotel right in front of Shapingba station in a nice neigborhood. Unfortunately some construction works going on when I was there, but that is temporary.

Terrific Stay except for construction noise

Very polite and helpful staff. Varied and good buffet. Convenient to Shapingba / Three Gorges Square shopping and restaurants. The only negative was the construction noise which started very early and continued until very late.

酒店坐落区域中心地段，附近地铁、商超都有，购物很方便。周围在进行城市改造，所以影响出行。酒店服务很不错，但设施比较老旧。总体来说，住宿体验还是很不错的。

While the lobby and other facilities are being renovated, the rooms still look very old and outdated -- and not very clean. You should know that all of the standard rooms are smoking. If you want a "non-smoking" room, you need to upgrade to business. After finding our standard room unacceptable, we upgraded, but unfortunately it wasn't that much better as smoke from the neighbors would fill our room. A lot of construction going on inside and outside of the hotel kept us from getting a good nights sleep. The staff is very friendly, but the conditions of the hotel were not as we had hoped. Wouldn't stay here again.
