"This property did not have any humans working there, as far as I can tell. The check in process was confusing. We couldn’t find a parking spot near our unit. I had to park way past the building. It was dark and uncomfortable. In the morning there was one person who worked in the dining room. She was lovely. I wouldn’t stay there again "

"The house was great. But if you're looking for a 2 bedroom place with 2 separate spaces, this really only has one bedroom with an area of the house able to handle a few more sleepers... Kitchen was fully equipped and everything throughout the house was top quality. Of course being an old guy, I had trouble working the TV... A house in the Everglades filled with stuff by an owner who appreciates/loves the Everglades. "

"The unit was cute & clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location as it is close to Marco Island, downtown Naples and the Everglades. The pool is huge and the restaurant at the hotel had delicious food. We did airboat rides, beach days and hiking. It was beautiful sitting on the enclosed porch looking out at the boats. Great value for the money."

"Staff was super nice. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked great. Bathroom was nice and looked like it had been semi-recently remodeled. Area of town looked safe. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the bathroom window wouldn't lock and that made me nervous someone could break in. I didn't discover this until 11pm when it was too late to call. "
