Excellent! Staff spoke English, bags area when we left bags was right behind front desk, laundry area was easy to use, safe, and walkable to Disney. Would have preferred the shuttle was a real shuttle and not a public bus down the road but uber was only $10 so no biggie. I would skip the breakfast ...

Everything was lovely room was clean changing rooms for oil and pool was clean, we found the water to be freezing in the pool so this did disappoint as we didn’t get to spend much time in there as we planned Also we think another few shuttles should be available due to how busy they got

Amazing resort, everything is inside. Waterpark is wow. Clean and with warm water, also outside in winter time. One thing I didn’t like the checkin process is happening from the car. No map, no personal attention. Alot of things I had to figure out by myself. Besides of it, 5 stars
