Chocolate Museum - Story Valladolid Tours and Activities

The power went off periodically 3 out of the 9 days there. The Pyramid concierge was not very helpful when I had a problem with restaurant reservations. I spotted 2 roaches in my room. I killed one and it was on the wall under the sink and housekeeping never cleaned it off. The other was high up on the wall and got away. I’ve been to pyramid over 5 times in the last 2 years. Even more times in the past 10 years. Everything has went downhill. Food, entertainment, amenities, drinks all declined heavily. They don’t even have blenders to make frozen drinks just slushy machines at select bars. And most bars can’t make every drink because they have limited supplies. Mold and smelly in some pool areas, broken pool chairs. The only things worth enjoying here are Caraeyes and Fountainbleu. Carlos and Nathaniel are gems! But Won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend it.

Belle variété des restaurants à la carte. Propriété super propre et bien entretenue. Piscines très propres. Plein de palapas et de lit Bali sur la plage et près des piscines. Recommande cet hotel sans hésiter. Service plutôt long aux restaurants.
