The room we stayed in was PD2. During our stay, we noticed an issue in the bathroom, as there was an unpleasant odor similar to that of wastewater.Fortunately, we spent most of our time outside the room exploring the Cancun area, which made the situation more manageable. However, the odor persisted and was uncomfortable. The parking was not available during our stay because they were paving the entrance.

Everything was awesome!. The only thing is that you cannot invite anybody as guest, not even to the lobby. We found out when we invited 2 friends to the lobby and they were not been able to park their car or enter the property. We have asked before and they told us it was ok.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our all inclusive dinner options every night drinks all day. Loved the pool, took an Uber to the casino and outdoor mall which was fun. My only complaint was the persistence of the timeshare rep over bearing. We just wanted to relax and enjoy our time.

We would like to extend our special thanks to Vanessa Garnika M, who truly went above and beyond during our stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a significant difference in our overall experience. We also greatly appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping staff, who ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. In addition, the support provided by the reception team, business services, and the entire cleaning personnel was excellent. That said, we feel the hotel itself aligns more closely with a three-star property. Despite its upgraded rating, many aspects of the facilities appear unchanged over the years, including the furniture, utensils, cookware sets, and room interiors. Unfortunately, we also encountered a roach infestation in both our villa room and the hallway, which was concerning. Additionally, while it appears the hotel offers weekend passes to local visitors, we believe security measures should be strengthened. During conversations with other vacationers, we learned that several guests had beach towels stolen over the weekend and were later asked to reimburse the hotel for the missing items. We would recommend implementing a separate towel system for local visitors to help security improve track usage. We also personally experienced an uncomfortable situation when local visitors occupied our beach recliner while we were in the water. Improved monitoring of guest areas would help enhance the overall guest experience and sense of security.

Friendly staff! It is a family resort or there’s lots of family oriented activities. With that being said bars also closed at 11pm. Unfortunately room service is not available 24/7. Amazing and beautiful pools and kid area. Food was pretty decent, liked the many different options and the no reservations needed.
