Staff and food in the adult only section

Staff was very courteous. Our suite was double booked so we did spend the first 4 nights in a lesser room but they upgraded our kids’ rooms and when we finally did get our suite, they upgraded that as well. The resort was fun and everyone was very accommodating.

Everything was amazing! No complaints! The swim up pool room was wonderful. Housekeeping came everyday to clean the room and came every night for turn down service. The staff on the entire property were so nice and accommodating. Our local host Josue checked in everyday to assist us with anything we needed like booking activities and dinner reservations. All of the food at the restaurants was very good! My husband and I enjoyed the couples massage at the spa as well!

The staff was very friendly, the room was decent and the food for the most part was good. I had two main issues. First there were 2 elevators in our area of the hotel and 1 was out of order the entire week we were there. The second was the first day at this all inclusive resort right after we arrived and waited for checkin they have someone try to get you to buy a package to leave the resort. I just paid $5,000+ to get here and enjoy a week on the property, why would I want to leave and go to another area, pay a separate fee and have to deal with the safety risks associated with leaving the property? It made zero sense, it felt like a timeshare offer or something, it came off as low class and made this a 4 star instead of a 5 star review.
