We opted to stay in the serenity club for our 2nd stay at Haven Riviera. To us, we don’t think the upgrade was worth it. We had a great few days but didn’t at all find the benefits worth it for us. We also noticed a decline in maintainence of the property from the last time we stayed here in 2024.

This was charming stay. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well stocked with necessities. The breakfasts were delicious and service excellent. Dinners were exquisite….the menu full of various options aimed to please. These folks sure know how to run a hotel.

Gorgeous property that made you feel like you were in your own Mayan villa. The hotel is nesteled in a neighborhood with a beautiful and charming pool, delicious food options available at the onsite restaurant, Naino. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful if I had questions.
