I have visited Cancun almost 10 times and stayed all different resorts. This resort is very new and has a lot of potential. However, it seems that there are serious issue in maintenance. Most of the faucets in the public area are already broken.
Every towels and sheets has stain. I strongly suggest to the management to check how they do the laundry. All the towels in room are dirty and disgusting. It also seems that spider just hachted in my room.
