"Lovely hotel, great location. We had a superior room with balcony so had brilliant views across the city, it faced the back of the hotel so was really quiet apart from some ongoing works in the surrounding areas, which didn’t bother us as Prague has quite a lot of work ongoing at the moment. The room was cleaned every day and the water, both still and sparkling replaced, which was a nice touch. The only very small negative we had was the inability to lower the temperature, the in room leaflet...

"Room was very clean, breakfast was rather abundant! You’ll have a hard time finding something for the price and so close to major tourist attractions and public transit. The spa wasn’t open, neither was the bar, but the breakfast was great! The staff were all super friendly! Most spoke English as well as other languages. Our only complaint was the heater couldn’t turn off and the shower door didn’t seal at the bottom causing water to leak out and onto the carpet. That being said, the staff...
