I felt sick because of high altitude. All the staff member were attentive and gave me extra attention for my needs. I really appreciate their help!
Room was clean and the bed and pillows are super comfortable which helped for my extreme discomfort from the altitude sickness.

Pas du tout conforme aux avis généraux

Je n’ai pas compris les bons commentaires sur cet hôtel. Les photos sont retouchées, l’hôtel est loin d’être en bon état, moquettes sales, service limité. Petit déjeuner inégal, il était bien le deuxième jour mais pas le premier. Le repas a dû être pris dans une salle où on avait l’impression que tout était fermé, que le restaurant et l’hôtel allait fermer pour la saison, ménage bruyant pendant ce moment. Le personnel fait le service minimum. Situé à cinq minutes à pied de la place principale de Chivay. Douche chaude tout de même.

Excelente estadía , fui por trabajo y me dieron las comodidades para poder hacerlo, el personal muy servicial el desayuno fue bueno, punto de mejora, revisar sus griferias se pasaba el agua por el inodoro toda la noche.

Un petit coin de paradis

Lit très grand dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner très varié, allant des pancakes aux avocats. En cas de départ très tôt en randonnée, remise d'un panier petit déjeuner. Parfait !!

Très agréable

Hotel très calme avec un lit très très large et confortable. Petit déjeuner excellent et très complet : café, pain, pancakes, fruits et jus de fruits frais, omelette. Idéal pour un randonneur!
