"對於主打溫泉的飯店，溫泉池卻不太乾淨，入住前與飯店人員溝通更換房型問題，跟當天給的答案有出入，反應了沒任何解釋及補救，辦理入住被怠慢，且給了一直有冷氣不冷問題的房間，中間處理是換房，浪費旅客時間，並沒任何解釋或致歉，房間打掃的很乾淨，房內就有溫泉彌補了大眾池的不足，腳踏車的管理員人非常友善親切，有來回接駁車可以使用，這部分十分貼心，大致上不推薦，過程中的危機處理方式需改進"

"It's an older hotel but the room is clean and we can soak in hot spring inside the room. The open hot spring area is really nice but unfortunately we didn't bring our swimming suits. The breakfast is healthy with many dishes. I love this hotel."
