"I enjoyed my stay here however there were many disappointments as well. The room wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly. "I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"Fabulous property - comfortable rooms and bathrooms, lovely outside dining area under proper shade, beautiful pool with another proper shaded area with comfortable sofas, comfortable loungers for the pool - some with padded cushions, some with shaped bases - all really great! Lovely garden with flowers, we also enjoyed the roof terrace with shade and sofas watching sunset. The immediately surrounding countryside was olive groves and vineyards - further afield it’s pretty flat and less attractive. The beaches are beautiful although extremely busy- we enjoyed a swim and then decamped back to our lovely quiet pool.Beautiful towns to visit including Lecce, Castro, Ortranto, from where we took a boat out for a day to see some great beaches. All in all a fabulous holiday which our kids ( 24.18 & 18) loved. "

"Villa Rosalore is the perfect choice for a group of friends going on holiday together. I celebrated my birthday there with 9 friends - the villa offered the perfect setting for us to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We loved how modern the villa was. Would definitely stay here again!"
