"My family and I have been travelling around Europe for several years, renting properties each summer, and I can honestly say that this was the best property we have ever rented.The villa is simply stunning, with so much space, a beautiful pool, and everything exceptionally well maintained. It is also incredibly well equipped, with everything we could possibly have needed during our stay. The surrounding area is equally beautiful, with so many wonderful places to visit and everything within a short drive.But most of all, the host was exceptional. We arrived late in the evening, and there was someone there to greet us who spoke English, which was incredibly helpful and made our arrival so easy. Throughout our stay, the host was so kind, helpful and welcoming, providing us with wonderful recommendations for places to eat and places to visit. Honestly, we could not have asked for more.We also want to mention how lovely the people in the local area were. Unfortunately, our daughter needed to see a doctor during our stay, and the host went above and beyond to help us find one. The care and service we received locally was absolutely wonderful, and it was such a comfort to have such helpful people around us during what could otherwise have been a stressful situation.The only downside to our stay was having to leave this beautiful place and our lovely host behind!A beautiful villa, a wonderful host, a stunning area, and some of the nicest people you could meet anywhere."

"Nico was a lovely host. Very helpful with local recommendations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with good showers. Air-conditioning struggled a little, but it was exceptionally hot when we were there. The pool was gorgeous. The Masseria is situated in a quiet area, but nothing is very far away. Nico provided a delicious breakfast each morning with croissants, melon, juice and fresh coffee. Amazing cactus garden right outside your room. We felt very safe and peaceful while we were there. Good value. Thank you so much Nico."

"Had a wonderful stay at Castello di Ugento. The property is truly unique — a beautifully restored historic castle that feels intimate rather than overwhelming. The room is elegant and comfortable, and the atmosphere in the castle is peaceful. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the warmth of the team. Service is thoughtful and personal without being overly formal. The culinary experience is also a highlight — you can really feel the focus on local ingredients and quality. If you’re looking for a quiet, character-filled stay with a strong sense of place, this is a very special option."
