"When I booked this place, all I knew was that it could accommodate all 6 of us — 4 adults and 2 kids (17 and 2). I honestly didn’t expect much, but I ended up being sooo happy that I booked it!
Bryan was incredibly kind, very accommodating, and so easy to communicate with from start to finish. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless and clean everything was. The rooms were spacious, the living room was huge, and they even provided plenty of coffee, tea, sugar, and other essentials.
The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for cooking — plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cookware — and the fridge was also a great size. The location was perfect too, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you never have to worry if you get hungry or forget something.
There’s also a lake right across the street, plus a plaza and playground nearby. It wasn’t just our little one who had fun — all of us did! There are also so many must-visit places close by, like the Harrison Tulip Festival, Farmhouse Natural Cheese, the Lavender Farm, and so much more. They also have big parking space.
I highly recommend this place. It truly exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. We had such an amazing stay and would definitely come back again!"
"We were first booked at the main building but staff upgrade us to lakeside view on the 2nd floor with one king size bed which was a bonus, unfortunately the air-conditioning system broke down; we turned the fan on but it seemed like only sent out hot air and we were not being told at the beginning, inside the room was so hot that we couldn’t sleep well the whole night.
The pools we thought were hot springs but the water not hot enough as we first expected, even the shower in own room was hotter than the pools.
Overall the hotel is old but maintained well, inside room is clean, lakeside view is gorgeous !"
"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well kept, although slightly old and tired, which was to be expected given the age of the property. Location was great, right along the main drag, and the Baseline Cafe was a nice place to have a bite. Only "complaint" was that the WiFi was spotty, which was a bit of an issue for me, as I needed to do some work. But otherwise, enjoyed the stay!"
