"My family enjoyed the arcade and pool. The lobby and breakfast were clean and welcoming. I found the rooms to be not vacuumed, sink drain was filthy, and room to be worn down. The receptionist desk members were unwelcoming and notices were not posted as to why only one door was open half the time."

"This was a quick weekend trip with my bestie checking in late on a Friday night and checking out early morning on a Tuesday. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The rooms and property were very clean, up to date on furnishings and the staff was excellent. You must drop by and say hello to Vincent at the front desk, he is the best host and was so friendly. Plenty of parking, located on the grounds of a mall with plenty of food options nearby. It is located right next to the freeway but you cannot hear a thing. The hotel is quiet and not in the bustle of the city. Perfect for what we needed and we will definitely stay here again. Close drive to all the things we needed to get to. Thank you Ayres Chino Hills, all the way from Hawaii."

"I didn’t sleep most of the night because someone was setting off fireworks and gunshots in the parking lot and I had to call the police. People were walking around all night.. i think people on drugs but it wasn’t the best area. Staff was not friendly but it is what it is. It was cheap and the room was pretty clean. Parking was easy. There’s an in’n’out right accross the street. Easy fwy access. "
