Spacious, Self Contained Annexe with Parking - Pass the Keys
Welcome to The Annexe at Estover Way - cosy and self contained, located just off J6 of the M40, and only a short commuting distance to Oxford, Aylesbury and High Wycombe.
Surprisingly spacious for a 1 bedroom annexe, large open plan kitchen, adjoining the living/dining area. The upstairs area offers a double bed and separate bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC.
Outside there is use of a small shared garden and driveway parking for one car.

The annexe is adjoined to the main house. You will have uninterrupted use of the annexe itself, however, the driveway, garden and access is all shared. You may see us from time to time.
I have help managing my property, with a management company. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

- High quality bed linen, including towels are supplied - Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes will be offered complimentary for stays of more than 16 nights
Toiletries and Consumables
- We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too. - We also provide a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by
