"Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views.
Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. Photo attached and also...

This is a lovely property. It’s quiet, the rooms are nicely furnished with good amenities, bathroom is great, balcony and living area all good. Room service and restaurant are both excellent. Service from all staff is professional, friendly, warm and helpful. I would stay here again, thank you.

Haven in the hills. Loved our stay at Windermere, a thoughtfully curated property with a a focus on nature. The staff were exceptionally helpful, meals wonderful and guided nature walks a wealth of fascinating information.
Definitely recommend to nature lovers looking for a peaceful stay with all the creature comforts of a luxury getaway.

Olive Brook was like heaven after the hustle and bustle of north India. The house and gardens were just beautiful. The staff were lovely n the room was very comfortable. The only downfall is the shower was a dribble so it was easier to fill the bucket and tip scoops over oneself like the locals do. The trek was good but transport from there was rather costly. Ellen and Lyn from Australia

The check-in process was easy and the staff were very welcoming. The room was in excellent condition and we recieved a complementary wine and milk bath. The place offered some free and paid activities. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The a la carte menu was also good but a bit expensive but understandable given the distance from town.
The road to the place is a bit run down and got some curvy uphill road which might make it hard in a smaller...

We really enjoyed the Tea Valley Resort - gorgeous views from our balcony of tea planatations and mountains. Great food. Reasonable cost. Staff organised a guide to take us on a 4-hour hike across the mountains, which was fascinating and enjoyable. Friendly, helpful staff. We just loved this place and would go back.
