Put your kayak in the water at the shared dock at high tide. WiFi available.Community Boat Dock.). NOTE: All vehicles included electric rented vehicles must be parked in a parking space or overflow parking no parking on grass or on waterside of property.
LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED SO BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Sweet Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, clean and quaint lodging for an extended weekend. Worked well for two couples. We enjoyed staying in this area.

Pony week vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the townhouse. Wish we had known more about what was available in the unit and how check in and out worked. A few notes -- we donated a dish drying rack, 2 bulbs over kitchen table need replaced, sliding doors are a bit uneven in track, trash can should be in back so other units don't fill it up, need info on setting AC temp timer so it doesn't get to be 78 degrees at night, left railing on stairs going up is wobbly. Helpful staff.

Time away

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing people should know is that there is a lot of stairs. Second floor steps are steep and upstairs porch needs repair.
