"The people that work there are PHENOMENAL. The place is a little older but had all the island life amenities we needed. A soft, clean bed. A hot shower with good pressure. And black out curtains. Our room also had a kitchenette and a big mini fridge. Employees were kind and attentive. Great seafood restaurant up the road a bit, amazing access to the National Seashore. We were there end of March 2024, so off season. The island is a wonderful adventure. I don't see myself returning during peak season due to sheer volume of people but I'd definitely come back off season. Several restaurants available."

"This was a nice, quaint little place. They had on site ponies for my kids to see up close and personal and feed, and a well-heated indoor pool and hot tub. They bring breakfast to your room every day, included in price. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again."
