Novotel Antwerpen

"We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Antwerp. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, as well as the ping pong table and football goals. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and we also really enjoyed dinner at the hotel. We also loved that the hotel is dog friendly, which made our stay even easier as a family. Free parking, not a long drive to get to main Antwerp. The only downside was the sofa bed, which was quite squeaky and my daughter didnt stop moaning about it. Overall, a lovely family-friendly hotel with great facilities, delicious food and wonderful staff. We would definitely stay again"

"Clean room, basic furniture, no tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent location, however no parking or even short stay bays for check in. Staff are as helpful as they can be, however very limited information offered on check in. Key cards constantly demagnetise, being kept near a phone or not, this is something you should consider as you’ll queue for a while at times to get them reactivated as single desk does check ins etc."

"Great location near the Central Train Station. I stayed for three nights while visiting friends and exploring Antwerp, Ghent, and Bruges. I’d definitely stay here again, as it was extremely convenient for coming and going from the train station. It was about a 25-minute walk along the river to downtown. There were also several bike rental stations just a few minutes from the hotel’s front door, and biking was the best way to get around. The hotel was also very close to shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. I really enjoyed my time in Antwerp, and the NH Collection helped make the experience even better."

"Perfect location, less than a minute walk to Antwerp Centraal which allowed me to sleep in before jumping on an early train ride. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t included in my package but it was available as early as 6:30am which would’ve given me enough time before leaving but I decided to get an early start. And if you put the sign on your door to NOT change your towels, they give you a voucher to use at their cafe. Room had nice views of the centraal square and it wasn’t too noisy outside. Bathroom was a nice size and had a good amount of counter space for doing makeup and your skincare routines. Downside: there was only half a roll of toilet paper remaining and the refill roll was stored behind the toilet and looked like it had gotten wet; sink seemed to be backed up."
