Bianca, the receptionist was excellent, so nice and sweet and we were upgraded without even asking. She also asked if we wanted the city side or the courtyard view. The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. The halls were clean and it was very enjoyable. I also like the that the doors were locked after 10 I felt very secure and safe thank you Belltown.

Bathroom and bedroom so clean with a generous supply of towels and products

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazingly soft. The hotel provided us with 2 amazing robes. The gas fireplace made our room feel cozy and romantic. Our city view room was great! We were able to see the Space Needle building from our window. The 67 restaurant has a fantastic view. The food was delicious! Making reservations is a must! The coffee shop has very good coffee and Chai tea. The only downside is that it closes early. We had a wonderful time in Seattle! :)

Needed a getaway before a rough work week. This did the trick - was easy to walk to Pike Place Market, close to nice shops, and the hotel itself had good room service. The staff was lovely and accommodating. Looking forward to returning. Thank you,

This property was really nice and pretty clean , and super dog friendly, but the front desk was so rude, no hospitality whatsoever. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Parking was basically $200 added on extra to the total.
