    Featuring spaces for large gatherings as well as cozy conversations, Magnolia House is the perfect balance of beauty, comfort, and functionality.

    Outdoors, enjoy a large, private covered deck with natural gas BBQ, outdoor dining furniture, a private yard, and a natural gas fire bowl, all for your exclusive use.

The Magnolia is such a lovely, comfortable, well appointed cottage. We loved everything about our stay including the proximity to the lake, the comfortable bedrooms, spacious kitchen and dining area as well as the beautiful outdoor spaces. Amazing location and facility

We had a fantastic time at the Magnolia House celebrating our dad's 80th birthday. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything (and more) we needed to have a memorable time. The kitchen is equipped with really everything, the fireplaces create a cozy atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious, clean and heated with their own fireplace. We highly recommend the Magnolia House and would go back there anytime.

Fantastic place!

We were blown away with the property and how large and cozy it was. It's hard to portray this in pictures, but it was a good size for 9 of us. The property itself has a yard and a hot tub which we enjoyed, as well as our own private and very nice patio. Overall, above our expectations!

Reunion of very old friends!!!!

Kairyn's property is beyond amazing. So clean and comfortable with nothing lacking for all of our comforts...there were 7 adults. The kitchen was so well stocked with great crockery and pans,etc and the dining area was spectacular! The hot tub and fire pit were put to good use too.I just wish we could have stayed MUCH longer....totally fabulous.
