"Check in and out were a breeze. I traveled with my 87-year-old mother, so we needed a room on the first floor, we were accommodated without any arguments. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. The hotel is located in a very safe area and security is always present. The staff is efficient and friendly, especially Jonathan, a server in the restaurant. You will feel like royalty when he waits on you! Overall, our 4 days stay was comfortable and uneventful...very peaceful. "

"Wow. This hotel is really a beauty! From a clean parking to a clean property! Hard to believe its 15 years old! Breakfast was phenomenal! A lot to choose from compared to other Best Westerns ive been to in the world! I met 3 front desk receptionist and they were all very nice and helpful. And the house keepers are doing a fantastic job!! The A/C in the room was cold and the Beds were comfortable. Just need to clean the shower heads but the bath was nice size. Thank you so much to the breakfast...

"The location of the Hotel is not the best; however, is not far from downtown (around 8 mins driving), Restaurants and shopping places. Personnel of the Hotel very friendly. "

"2nd time staying here. Our first experience was less than favorable. This time is was way better. Our room was larger than last time (not sure on how or knew there was a difference). Room was clean and staff is friendly. Seemed to be a little pricey for the place, but it does seem safe. "
