Olvidaron limpiar la habitación el segundo dia, no colocaron toallas ni sacaron la basura, pero al comentarle a la persona de la recepción inmediatamente corrigió el error, personal amable y servicial

The location is a short walk to main square, the bus stations, and, a newer shopping mall. The staff were great and really helpful in arranging a tour of nearby Sipan. I came in after taking a night bus to Chiclayo and everything about Hostal Colibiri, from the location and check in to the amenities and excellent staff, made this an ideal experience in Chclayo.

El hotel tiene habitaciones limpias y cómodas.
Buen hotel de transito; barato y cómodo. La atención del personal fue muy amable.Lo ideal sería que tenga ascensor; aunque subir 2 pisos no es gran cosa.
