Kitchen was very well equipped and decor throughout is nice. We know the area very well so we knew where to go etc but for anyone that has not stayed you will need a car. "Overall this is a beautiful house and garden in a fabulous location close to a natural park (great for bird watching) and La Barrosa beach...both within walking or safe cycling distance. Loads of great cafes and restaurants. Some amenities in the house need attention eg new toaster required, unable to use jacuzzi bath, BbQs need attention. However issues were addressed promptly when we raised these with Paco and Julia and we would all love to come back next year if the property is available."

"Our family stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The day we arrived the housekeeper stayed to let us in, as we were late. She brought her grandson to translate as we spoke very little Spanish. Everything was very clean! We enjoyed the beautiful pool everyday, as it was very hot!! We also played billiards and had a lot of fun. We cooked 3 dinners with ease, as there were plenty of pots (and the BBQ), many dishes and glasses, two big cutting boards, and sharp knives! Not every VRBO comes so...

"Una casa muy agradable, en un entorno muy tranquilo, lo normal es utilizar el coche (Chiclana centro y la Labarrosa a unos 10 mnts), pero tienes Lidl y Mercadona a 1'3 km con lo que puedes ir andando y a 15 mnts andando un par de bares. En cuanto a la casa, lo mejor es la piscina, los anfitriones estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de que estuviera en orden y muy limpia y didpuestos a ayudar con cualquier problema que tuvieramos. "Upon arrival there was no formal meet and greet. We were late arriving due to flight delay but we kept owner updated. We were met by owners sister and simply given the keys, that was it. No proper instructions left at the house on how to use TV, where local bread shop was located/ recommended restaurants etc. Only 2 bathrooms at the property whereas we booked on basis there were 3 which meant having to share which was not ideal. Booked on basis of being smoke free however one of the rooms stunk...
