Villa 'Camaleón' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Villa Camaleón is located in Chiclana de la Frontera and is ideal for enjoying an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The 125 m² property consists of a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 people. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. A ping-pong table is also available. The villa features a private outdoor area with three open terraces and a balcony.



Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with pools (including a children's pool), garden, and playground. Use of the pools is subject to certain restrictions: one pool with a lifeguard is available from June 1 to 15 and from September 1 to 15, while all four pools have lifeguards from 12:00 to 21:00 in July and August. Use of the pools outside these periods is not permitted.



There is also a recreational area with two padel tennis courts, a multi-sports court, and a playground. The villa is a 15-minute walk from the beach and only a 5-minute walk from a large supermarket open during the summer months.



Parking for one car is available within the gated community and is under video surveillance. There is additional free parking outside for more cars if needed. Families with children are welcome. Pets and events are not allowed. Security cameras are only in the recreational area and parking lot. Please note that there may be government regulations on water use during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
