Villa El Limonar in Chiclana de la Frontera is ideal for a relaxing getaway. The 130 m² property has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available. This holiday rental has a private outdoor area with a garden, covered terrace, barbecue, playground and outdoor shower.



The property has a shared pool available from approximately May to late October. It is close to a beautiful nature park, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and public transport links. La Barrosa beach is just a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away, and several picturesque towns are less than 30 minutes away.



There are 2 parking spaces on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets and events of any kind are not allowed, including parties, stag or hen parties, weddings, birthdays with outside guests or other celebrations. Smoking is also prohibited. The property is intended exclusively for the relaxation of guests registered on the booking. It is in a quiet residential area, so please be considerate of the neighbours.
