A great walk when tide is out past the old Mill and onto Emsworth harbour and town centre. Nice to stop off at the Royal Oak pub in Langstone high street on the return trip!

Hotel was clean and staff were helpful and polite. Room was tiny: “cozy” would be generous. And the hotel lighting was very dim, especially in the hallway outside our room. Workout facilities were fine.
