The toilet paper felt like newsprint, and the give you 2 (two) bottles of water *per stay*, not per day. Stingy. Front desk staff were less than friendly.

Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago
Was a really nice hotel. My only concerns was the phones in the room didn’t work. No way to call front desk, front people weren’t super helpful and there was no microwave. Rooftop bar and room were excellent

Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago
Main room and bathroom clean. The staff was really friendly and check goes on quickly and we didn’t have to wait on elevator which was nice. We do wish we have a little refrigerator in the room.
